If the dev doesn’t pay the Apple annual ransom, it’s gone for good, regardless that you paid good cash for it. Apple just laughs at you from the top of their mountain of your wasted money.
if* you took a backup using imazing when the app was still live on your device, it might be possible to restore it - but I wouldn’t count on it.
Fwiw, iMazing can sometimes grab apps where the developer has stopped paying.
Also, important to know apps are NOT in iMazing backups. Downloading apps is a separate function in iMazing from backups. You cannot restore an app from an iMazing backup only apps you explicitly downloaded to your library with the download feature.
