@Vip8888
I was about to ask the same question re: AUV3 update.
Thanks for posting
@LouisH any updates or is this on hold ?
The latest version 7.4 3 don’t have AUv3 but many improvements to control midi controler particularly for DJ and there are no needs for AUv3 for their target market.
They do better DJ effects , sounds packs and if I were them I will not care about AUv3 for the tiny market of ios musicians when you do very good and are successful on the wider du market.
Good that many other devs care about AUv3 for the tiny market of iOS musicians. Remixlive does not only serve DJs well, so it’s time to think outside the box and loosen up a bit. The move towards AUv3 is exactly the right decision for Mixvibes and comes in pretty handy for many users. I really appreciate that the devs are putting in the effort to keep their product moving forward as opposed to the ponderous folks at Ampify's Launchpad. I suspect they have a good grasp of the market and know exactly what they are doing.
Hi @Polyphonix @joniqwest @BerlinFx !
We've released a new set of Pro-grade FXs in 7.4 and we'll be releasing an all new way of recording as it is in Ableton Note, making it easier to Live Jam and create your own beats.
We'll be considering making Remixlive as an AUv3 in the near future but just before that, i can share what's the next BIG thing we're on those days with you guys :
What do you think you will be able to do with it?
By the way, if you feel like suggesting features and improvements, or consulting the release roadmap, you're welcome to do so here : https://remixlive.canny.io/feedback
Remix Live very recently got a very tasty update in the form of some new and very engaging distortions/overdrives. This is my only subscription app & I’ll be keeping it going for sure.

@robosardine :This looks amazing..Wondering why it doesn’t get that much love around here ?
There are two main features of an app that tend to attract uncomplimentary attention around here from many…. and this has both of them. A potent and volatile mixture that requires it to be handled with care 😀
1) It requires a subscription
2) It has an AI generator option
I subscribed to RemixLive for a year, I believed that Auv3 was in development, never came.. I am waiting for this or LaunchPad to be Auv3… Would be nice..
Don’t know how we are going to live without AI… It’s shaking up Additive Production..
@robosardine: The sub is $59 per year . Cheap. I like the ai aspect . It’s here to stay
Agreed - as I mentioned above it’s the one subscription that will be keeping on.
Wow @robosardine , you may have just sold me a remix subscription! I already subscribe to LP4 , Remix would be great in tandem with it if it ever really does get Auv3 .
If you like Launchpad you will like Remix live. And they do work well together and Remix Live has many added features. If you unsubscribe from Launchpad you will lose the packs but the loops remain onboard, so you can still make sessions but they won’t save - you can remake them via Blocswave though.
Also - being a fan of the clip launching, if you haven’t already done so it would be a good idea to have a look at JammPro 😎 especially if you like the mashing, mangling and applying real time effects.
Thanks @robosardine !Damn I’d never heard of JammPro!!!! It’s awesome ..
@robosardine I meant Logic Pro for iPad, not Launchpad.
Got you. I did wonder what the 4 was doing there 😀
I thought that’s how it’s commonly spelled. I guess I’m wrong, lol.
I think they are both referred to as LP, Logic Pro had slipped from my consciousness - as it probably will do again in about 25 minutes 😀
This is super dope. I have a long time friend at Noise Eng. Love their desktop plugins and I'm excited to see them dip into the iOS waters.
