AudioShare importing from Dropbox creating duplicates - alternative workflow?
I use Audioshare and import a folder from dropbox. I then want to be able to add files to this Dropbox folder on my PC, and import the folder again to Audioshare, but only get the new files. Instead Audioshare will create duplicates of all the existing files. I can't import the files individual because it would be too hard to keep track of what I've added.
How do people get around this limitation?
In my workflow I am trying to have one 'source of truth', i.e. my 'Samples' folder in Dropbox, and to be able to add to it from both my iPad and my PC.
I could ditch Audioshare and go with iCloud/Files, but then I have the issue that you don't seem to be able to download a whole folder from iCloud at once in the Files app. So I'd have to import to AudioShare, and then end up with the same problem.
I'd appreciate any ideas! I'm new to this forum but have found it a valuable source of knowledge so far for my ios music making journey. Thanks!

@megatroid : I don't have an answer for you but you might want to change the thread title to say Audioshare instead of Audiobus.
It sounds like you need to be able to sync a local folder with a cloud folder. File manager apps, like GoodReader and FE File Explorer Pro include this feature. They are also visible in the Files app as File Providers. So their files will be accessible from any app using the Files interface. Maybe you could replace AudioShare with one of them.
Alternatively, can you change the sort order in DropBox to show the newest files on top? Then importing only new ones need not be arduous. If that doesn't work, you can do it with File Explorer. It can access your DropBox directly, it can list the files by date, and it is a File Provider, so it's visible in the AudioShare import files dialog. That should make it easy to import only new content.
