OT: Are there recharge banks that do not use cables?

I was wondering if there any iPad/phone recharging banks that you can just sit the device on rather than connecting with a cable?

By Anker, a decent brand for charging cables and such. :)

I don't think any of the iPads support wireless charging yet.

  • I have one that I got off Amazon and have no idea what brand it is, but it supports the standard Qi wireless charging. It’s nice because I can just throw it in a bag and not worry about the cable necessarily. I don’t use the phone for music, so these are just like if I’m going on a trip, or a hike, etc.

iPad doesn’t support wireless charging, so you will need that cable.

Ahhh, ok...yes I suspected as much - hence the dearth of available units.

Thanks - yes I'd use the iPhone if I could, but it's just a tad small to use "in a hurry" on stage haha!
