iRig MIDI 2 released
I just thought I would post a note here since I didn't see a thread about it. You can get all the pertinent information here instead of reading through a long post: http://www.ikmultimedia.com/news/?item_id=4388
In the spirit of posting to a much more savvy crowd here, I will answer the question that I expect to get right up front: iRig MIDI 2 does not charge your device (like the original did). However, I can let you guys in on the fact that we are aware of this being a concern and hopefully in a couple/few months we may have something for you to see in this area.

Thanks for the proactive post! I really appreciate that! :-)

No problem. Glad it helped, I already knew it would be the first question to pop up on more tech-savvy message boards so I figured I'd take care of it. The other one has been "what are the key differences between this and the original iRig MIDI" but I know you guys probably don't need a walkthrough on that.
