Sunset Sounds (IK MixBox) Reverb IAP Demo & Giveaway (Iconic Doors / Zep etc recording studio)
Sunset Sounds (IK MixBox) Reverb IAP Demo & Giveaway (Details in Pinned YT Comment)
Giveaway: 2 Copies of Mixbox iOS Sunset Sounds reverb IAP (see pinned YT comment for details, as well as detailed timestamps and links to vids on apps used). Please note that there is a free version of Mixbox on the appstore, so even if you do not currently own the full version of the app, I believe you should be able to use the IAP with even the free version (if I am wrong on that please let me know in the comments).
Mixbox now has an IAP for a slimmed down version of the reverbs available in the IK Multimedia T Racks Sunset Sounds reverb collection. This contains 5 reverb modules (details below) and 40 rack presets that utilise the reverbs with other modules, all organised by group - keys, percussion, synth, guitar etc. Some of them sound really, really nice and here you can hear me demo them on a variety of instruments, creating a chill, exotic, dreamy vibe. See the timestamps for details of apps used etc.
Sunset Sound Recordings was opened in 1958 and by 1962, was welcoming artists like the Doors, Joe Cocker, the Rolling Stones, Neil Young, the Beach Boys, and Led Zeppelin. Since then artists from all genres have kept Sunset busy: Van Halen, Toto, Prince, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Whitney Houston, the Doobie Brothers, Miles Davis, Elton John, Alanis Morissette, Smashing Pumpkins, Sheryl Crow, Rage Against The Machine, Audioslave, Ryan Adams, Beck and more.

For anyone who missed it, @Gavinski gave another excellent demo.

I love this jam, it's one of my favorite ones you've done so far. Great selection of timbres!
Thanks man! Just a real pity that Mixbox was giving dsp spikes every single time i changed presets. So i had to slide out its node each time i changed preset to avoid that, which is a real vibe killer! Even with just one instance of Mixbox on one instrument i get these dsp spikes with accompanying glitch in sound every time i change preset. Anyone else having the same? Samu is on the new M1ipad and says he doesn't have this problem. I'm on a 2018 Pro
I don’t know if that as been said already but Gavinski is on the IK Multimedia website. Congrats!

Yeah! @SNystrom was kind enough to point that out. Just such a pity that switching between Mixbox presets (on my device) anyway, causes the aforementioned glitching noises. This demo would have been a lot nicer if I'd been able to seamlessly move from one preset to another. Still, lovely of IK to post the link!
Have you reported the issue to them? If not, you might want to screen record a demonstration and send it to them.
Yes I should, you're right 👍
