Change tempo in Neon Editor?

The help manual isn’t searchable, but as AFAICT there is no ability to change the tempo of an audio file. I’m looking for the same capability that I find in Audacity, where I can change tempo without changing pitch. Can anyone confirm that Neon Audio Editor does not have this capability?

I’ve tried loading Neon as an instrument in AUM and synced it with the host. The tempo setting does sync between the host and the Neon plugin, but has no effect on the playback speed.

If I’m indeed looking for a non-existent feature, would appreciate suggestions as to an app that may have this capability. Thanks!
