Can’t get M-Audio Keystation Pro Mini to work with any USB-C hub

The title much pretty much says it all. I can get other devices working, for example a midi fighter.

I’ve tried three different powered hubs, and one passive hub.

But the keystation only works plugged in directly to my iPad Pro, which makes it impossible to monitor audio with headphone.

I’ve tried a couple of cable/adapter combinations, including a USB-C-to-mini cable.

Any ideas? I can’t find my old Puck!

Have you tried a cable with USB-A connector at the hub end? There a very few hubs that accept USB-C data connections.

Please identify your actual Keystation model. Is it the Oxygen Pro Mini, or the Keystation Mini 32 MK3?

Edit: If your hub does have a USB-C data port, it might be for storage only, not for a general USB-C device.

    Yes. I’ve tried

    Mini-to-USB A
    Mini-to-USB C
    Mini-to-USB A into a USB A-to-C adapter.

    MK3

Other devices work fine, e.g. a MIDI Fighter with USB-B-to-A cable, or a USB-B-to-C cable.
