Can't map Turnado CCs inside Cubasis 3

You might find you have two different Turnado AUs, one called Turnado and the other called Turnado Midi - have you tried them both?
I abandoned Cubasis a long time ago, but I thought it had better handling of exactly this kind of thing than NS2 which I use now, and I'm sure I've used Turnado Midi in this way before in NS2.
