iOS 7.1.2 = Less crashy apps?
While on holiday i've been playing a lot of XCOM Enemy Unknown on my iPad Air. This is a pretty big game that regularly crashes when playing it.
However, since upgrading to iOS 7.1.2 I have not experienced a single crash. The game has not been updated, so it must be the OS that somehow is better at running this demanding app.
That got me wondering, maybe it helps with music apps as well???
So if you've upgraded, what are your experiences with iOS 7.1.2?

Less crashes so far.
But i do hope that at some point iOS gets Virtual Memory and/or better memory management because when apps run out of memory as it is now they just crash.
At least on paper iOS8 memory footprint will be smaller and some functions will be easier on the ram-usage so I'll see how good my iPad Mini with it's 512MB ram will cope with it.
(I do plan to get a new 'A8' based iPad when they are released and hope they've got at least 2GB's of ram).

Agree with the sentiments in this thread, including the one about XCOM crashing regularly. I loved that game but had to delete it both because of the crashing and because iOS music meant I didn't have an extra 3 GB of space for a game on my iPad anymore
I started Xcom (first time after a while)and the first thing it does after the intro was crashing. When i tried to close the #%+|{%+ popup ad.Man,i hate those things and it haven't been there when i played it the last time (regulary).Anyway, that was the only crash so far but i installed 7.1.2 just yesterday.Mini Retina.
I've had very little trouble if any with the iOS's I've had... but I suspect I don't push my iPhone music app zoo around like some of you guys do on your stuff...
For me nothing changed here. But since i updated to 7.1.2 i have a bit slugish changes from landscape to portrait. Meeehhh....
