Hey!
Long time lurker, occasional poster. Everyone seems to be sharing music lately so I have plucked up the courage to post this.
I remix old video game music, specifically the Commodore 64 and this track was such an adventure for me. I think I used every iOS synth I own at some point. There are a few things I wished I paid more attention to, the drums could do with more variation for example.
Its also, unashamedly, inspired by TD.and very long but I didn’t plan it this way, that’s just how the track evolved.

Sounds cool man
That’s great… and long! Welcome aboard. Is “plucked courage” a Zeeon preset? Very good build at 1:30.
Nice use of synths and excellent production. I liked the transition at 6:00. Liked the windup at 16:50.
You’re right, folks are getting braver. Keep ‘em coming.👍🙏
Do you mind telling us everything you used and what device you used the software on? Also, this sounds amazing! You have inspired me to make music on my iPad more often.
Braver is good! As LinearLineman says, "excellent production.
Welcome, and Bravo!!!!
Rene
@ReneAsologuitar Thanks!
@LinearLineman hah, that would be a most excellent and appropriate patch name
@frosttrance_7 I'm flattered my bedroom tinkering has inspired you. I'm using Cubasis 3 on an Air 4, the drums are the classic machines and ruismaker fm. Synth-wise it's a bit of everything - lots of Synthmaster 2, Tal-U-No-Lx and Zeeon as well as iSEM, Model D/15, Module Pro, Sunrizer, VCS3, VHS Synth, Viking etc.
The guitar like arpeggios at the end are from Korg Odyssei, the arpeggiator is so much fun to mess about with.
I figured you used the best of the best synths. Hans Zimmerman (in the masterclass trailer) has implored that "You need to break down the myth that you can't compose a great masterpiece on an iPad."
Welcome @timforsyth
Love it! You pushed the most out of sequences with lots of variation, buildups and timing.
An enjoyable spectrum of sounds and production.
Very enjoyable, especially the last section from 12:15…
Might be obvious but who or what is TD?
