Moog synth apps and MIDI Panic
Hey fellow iOS tweakers,
Each of the Moog synth apps (Animoog Z, Model 15, Model D) have a manual MIDI "panic" switch in their respective settings menus.
But I can't get any of them to respond to a CC#123 kill-all command from an external controller. Is this just me or is it a bug?

@MoogMusicInc
It's CC#120 for Mod15
Ah, there it is. All three respond to CC#120 for kill all sound rather than 123 for kill all notes. Thanks for the info
"MIDI Panic" would be a good synth band name.
I recently discovered the intended differences between CC120 and CC123 and have found it difficult to talk about this in casual conversation with friends and family.
'CC123 - Kill all notes' is better thought of as 'release all notes' and synths should respect sustain and play release and reverb tails etc...
'CC120 - Kill all sound' is cut all sound immediately... like turning the synth off.
Lucky we have each other here at https://forum.audiob.us/
