I’m guessing there’s a story behind the title.
I like how the mood evolves. The opening seems calm with the piano and tuned percussion sounds and then at the 1:23 mark it turn’s darker. Once again you’ve found great vocals for texture. Bits of horn playing and violin/ viola driving beat and cool use of panning. Excellent production.
Very adventurous. I enjoy the introductions of the new instruments. First the piano, then the shawm like reedy thing, then the violin, and the taiko drumming.

@MadeofWax @LinearLineman @wim Yes, there is a story behind this, but it's a very common one that most people have lived. That was the day my mother passed. She was 97 and in very poor health. It was no surprise. We are sad, of course, but a bit relieved as well. I sat next to her at the time. The next day I started putting this together. I forgot about it until yesterday and just decided to post it. I'm very glad you enjoyed it. Thank you all for listening!
