Just noticed there is 50% off price of full Reason 12 - 249,- EUR currently .. in case anybody was thinking about Reason but 500,- was too much, now it's good time to jump off the fence 
Also realised that when you have full reason then Reason Compact on iPad/iPhone starts making pretty much sense cause exported project directly opens on big Reason

Got Reason 11, but barely use it as a DAW. On the other hand, i make lots of use as a VST in other DAWs.
i used Reason a lot 12 years ago before i started with iOS music, so when i saw this offer i jumped into it - so far i'm excited, love it a LOT, also the sequencer part not just racks, probably for some time will return with my production there...
But yeah, tried load racks as plugin in Logic and i can see how that may be also VERY useable, instruments and FX's in Reason are in general pretty great quality but also very CPU easy... definitely for 249 eur it's bargain, package of powerful music tools ..
