    • I think you could make the break that happens at about 2:56 even bolder by mixing it slightly differently. I think that is a really powerful, dramatic transition -- and it feels like some subtle changes in how the transition is mixed might be powerful -- it might be as simple is killing the reverb bleeding in from the previous section and bringing up the kick drum or bass that is playing quarter notes (and then back down as the other instruments enter). maybe, making the reverb a little less soupy as the instruments, rejoin, too
    • maybe in the section after the break (through the end) those lead guitars could come up a bit and compete a little more with the vox (and you could reduce the reverb a bit on the vox when that happens to bring them forward a little without changing the volume.
