  • Wow look at that!

Thanks for the heads up @Lil_Stu07 and a big Thank You to @elf_audio for the continued polish to one of our favorite apps!

  • There's more cool sh*t on the way LOL :sunglasses:

  • Double tap an EQ point and slide up or down to adjust the Q.

  • wait a minute.... when did pingpong looping occur?!! :)

cool? is it pretty close to release? that’s exciting

  • I feel a bit stupid but I can't understand how to use mute/solo buttons... :|

If I'm not mistaken, you clamp mute-solo and disable and enable samples (without releasing mute-solo).

Thank you @solncekreeze, I eventually had discovered* but you was faster ;-) You press mute/solo and select a pad (ore more) without lifting the finger.

*so I feel a bit less stupid now :D

  • I very curious thing I was thinking just yesterday this could have been a great and very useful function (I have it in Battery 4).
I hope a master volume will be added to and pads label is not missing when exporting/rendering files.
One more thank You to @elf_audio for all the great job!

Dont really need to midi map apart from trigger pads via launchpad but not map in Koala. Just use external octave.

The first pad is a number of keys away from all other keys.

Its been like this for a while.

I guess nobody triggers koala via midi to notice.

I could map in Koala but can remember what midi it listens to.

My mapping area is just in octaves like a keyboard. So not sure why any button triggers the same pad.

    Hence just using external octave

but the first pad isnt anywhere near the rest of the octave which triggers the other pads.

I’ve gotten used to the 1st pad being on G3 (or something like that) in NS2. The next set of pads in the top row follow 1 note at a time, however it’s anybody’s guess what note the 1st pad on the 2nd row is going to be triggered by: lots of trial and error ensues for that one.

I sometimes use launchkey mini with Koala on iPad 8 but at the moment - far from both of them - I can't Remember which mapping I use (I tried to create one valid for both koala and cubasis pads)

The default midi setting in Koala is that the pads — in portrait orientation - are triggered by consecutive midi notes. With the lower-left pad as the first. The lower-left pad’s note is the note displayed as the offset.

  • Great update. Well, I'm waiting for normal ADSR for volume, pitch and filter.

  • The above + dry/wet control for fx, fx per pad, quantised loop triggering..

  • I cannot unlock the stems, using an up to date version of Koala, samurai version. I go into the 'extras' tab, hold the button down and nothing, this is the same on both my ipad and iphone. Has this been removed? Thanks all.

Have you looked in the tools menu? I thought it was updated as an official feature not requiring the Easter egg unlock
