  • Hi. Do you mean Bluetooth MIDI input, or Bluetooth audio output?

Are you using Audiobus (or other host), or are you running the app stand-alone?

    Do other apps work normally?

  • nah, just straight bluetooth audio. other amplify apps work fine. probably not the best spot to post this question, but was hoping someone would know why this is happening. i did some searching and can’t find anything saying there’s an issue with this app bluetooth audio

Bluetooth audio has to be explicitly enabled by developers app-by-app. They probably just didn't bother to implement it. Workaround is to host it in something like Audiobus or AUM that will take care of the Bluetooth output. It's possible they'd implement it if you contact them. There's a Send Feedback link under the settings menu in the app.

  • ah, thx. makes sense, thx again 🙏🏽

  • Apparently there is a current bug with blocswave on iOS 16 which affects bluetooth audio. I believe there will be a fix shortly.
You should be able to use the AUM workaround in the meantime.
