Question about Drum Computer midi out

Could anyone explain to me how to change the midi values of the notes sent out for each track (see pic below) - have been through the manual and experimented in various ways but must be missing something as I have not succeeded in changing these values so far. Cheers!

  • Hi, hold and drag (left and right) the highlighted 1, 2 and 3 etc in the mapping zone, above the keyboard, on the right, this selects the outputted midi note.

  • And if you want to send out automation, CC 86 - 119 are listed in the Settings page (but they can't be modified).

Ah yeah! Had completely forgotten about that, very helpful, thanks.

  • Pro tip: Once you have it the way you like it, save it.

I would say so, yes. You have lots of CC automation tracks readily available:

    • 3 for each sequencer lane; Decay, Pitch, Mod (which sends out the given CC, so can be anything in the mapped target)
    • 8 lanes, so 24 automation tracks

For each CC track, you can quickly create risers, falls and sweeps using the shortcut buttons below Dec/Ptch/Mod, combined with the Y flip shortcut next to the X. The dice randomizer is good in often setting only some of the steps to non-zero values; can be good for quickly experimenting.

  • One slight annoyance is that the shortcut buttons seem to only work for steps that have a note. But you can manually draw in and send out CC without setting any notes.

  • Forgot to mention; you also have the left-right buttons to nudge the automation back and forth.
