My long lost DOD thrashmaster used to do this, nowhere near as nicely toned, but it had that instant thickness, sooo much fun though a PA
The typical early (80’s) thrash guitar amp was a JCM 800, Mesa Boogie mark ii to iv with a distortion pedal in front to tighten the sound. Either a tube screamer, Boss DS-1or a Rat Co Pro. Set the level to 9 and the drive to 2 on the pedal.
For a more modern sound a Peavey 5150 or a Mesa Boogie triple rectifier. With a distortion pedal in front.
the Nembrini equivalent
Marshall JCM 800 - Nembrini MRH810 v2
Mesa Boogie mark - Nembrini Cali reverb modern on the vintage setting
Mesa boogie triple rec - Nembrini Cali dual three channels
Peavey 5150 - Nembrini 8180 monster tube
Ibanez tube screamer - Nembrini 808 overdrive pro
Rat co pro - Nembrini Black distortion
awesome! thank for the help
@ecou When you say in front do you mean before the cab or after the cab?
Before the amp
Guitar > pedal > amp > cab
That’s what I thought but then I got confused - lol
