  • Ahhh, beat me to the punch. I've been waiting for this one.

  • Oh no, not another one. I must confess: I am an Appaholic.

  • As am I :( and now I'm buggin' the wife I need a new ipad for more processing power and space cuz I'm out of both on my iPad 2 16gb

  • @JMSexton I've created a system of delete and install as needed to workaround space limitation. I figure I don't have to have all apps loaded at once. As far as processing power I'm learning how to be a little more creative. Less is more.

  • Thank God for Income taxes! I finally got a Ipad 4 with 128 gigs! the explosion of apps demanded it. Now I can use all of my apps without uninstalling, and have room for loops and future apps!

  • @mgmg4871 same here but it's frustratingly tough sometimes...there are few that I don't use that much but for some reason refuse to delete them. Tonight I sacrificed iMPC, though it has some great sounds, until it has a decent update I can't justify the storage it takes.

  • Cool, I have this app already.

This is extremely cool. I haven't played with this app for ages and I've just discovered it's had some major features added in the meantime. The sampler features alone are worth the price of admission. You can import or record samples and create your own instruments which can then be shared with other users. Someone has created a sax instrument using SampleTank samples and it sounds great. Their second attempt at creating an instrument, apparently, so it can't be too difficult. This means that with a bit of work, I can have all my favourite SampleTank sounds on the bus without waiting on IK's timetable.

    Workflow info here.

BTW, the instrument files are the same as FL Studio instruments, so they can be used as they come.

  • Just been loading Ryan's FL Studio drum kit instruments from his web page. Couldn't be easier. :)
