  • Woah. That is certainly more interesting. Remind me of the pricing structure? There's no mention of IAP on the app store

That is something quite extraordinary. Free too, which is surely going to negatively impact their Black Friday sales?

Well done Endlesss, I had a lot of fun using the desktop version during lockdown(s) to jam online with a friend - piping my iPad AUM session audio over studiomux/IDAM to a laptop. Now, I can now just go straight from iOS with all its AUv3 goodness :)

  • Forgot about that other thread discussion https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/48262/endlesss-for-free-and-on-pc/p4
better to use that one and let this one drop away - keep it all neat etc

  • Every feature and sound pack is free. iOS, Windows and Mac. It’s incredible. Work on tracks, collaborate with friends, jam with strangers- all free.
The business model is based around the commission they make when you sell a track on their platform (if you decide to). Or export tracks / stems and do what you will.

I really hope they’re making the business work, it’s a special thing they’ve created.

  • A good program. But there are a lot of inconveniences for the iPad. For example, there is no landscape mode. Plugins open inconveniently (it is especially inconvenient to flip through presets).

Agree. The non existent landscape mode is the show stopper for me. Not just because of the UI, but having the cables stick out at the top, bottom or both. Useless with many tablet/iPad cases and stands. I gave that feedback several times but sadly always got those vague "maybe in the future" responses.

The future is hazy) It's like with Apple's iPad. Not so long ago, landscape became the norm with a camera and speakers. It's all strange)

Yes, specially with the huge increase of Videoconferencing and work from home iPads and tablets in general getting more and more desktop functionality. Instead of just being simple portrait mode only browsing or reading devices.
