Building 4, North Wing. Full album from 2004
Back in 2004 for some reason I tried to do some electronic music when I was mostly involved in piano, classical music and jazz. Turned out to be a bit experimental and I was quite the only one who liked it.
I found recently the wav exports on an old hard drive, remastered it fast and dirty on the iPad, and here we are.
The main instruments were the Akai s2000 (lots of found sound I was recording everywhere at the time), Roland tr909 with a ton of guitar pedals effects and a korg wavestation.
EDIT: The full album is now in 48-24 lossless on:

Dig it.
Very interesting. Where’s the whole album?
Click on the video, it will take you to the whole album on YouTube. It is usually better to watch the videos on YouTube so you don't miss potentially interesting content...
It seems to tell a very personal and dark story. I Hope you're doing fine these days.
But, if you for whatever reason don't want to go to youtube, you don't have to. Before you start the video there's a hamburger menu and number (1/11) in the upper right corner. Click there and choose song/s.
I have just listened a little bit so I wont comment on the music, sounds ominous though, which I kind of like. Thanks for sharing anyhow
I got so used to my little habits that I didn't even noticed that this option was there in the first place ! Thanks for pointing out !
No problem
@jo92346 I listened to a few more of the songs now. Very cool (and dark), well done.
I'm sorry for the mess with that YouTube playlist thing. I realize it's totally not clear.
Maybe emebeding the 11 players for each track would have been better?
Thanks for listening despite the technical hassle.
@JanKun Thanks you. Doing a little bit better, still a work in progress.
So far just listened to the first track, and I’m impressed. Very dark, interesting textures and structure.
I’m going to hopefully set some time aside this weekend to listen to the full album and also the Spotify version of My Night On Mars.
considering how the people who listened to it back in 2004 hated it, it's quite like a miracle that you guys seem to like it. Even I, when I compare to the incredible electronic music I listen in this forum, don't really like it anymore.
Thank you for taking the time to listen.
Maybe it’s just a different audience reacting differently. I’ve just finished listening to the whole thing, and I like the way that, even when it’s closest to straight 4 to the floor, it retains that darkness/discomfort/unease/dread. Standouts for me are tracks 1 and 5, for what it’s worth.
@bygjohn thank you for taking the time to listen to it all.
The audience difference might be the fact people here are musicians. They listen differently maybe.
Amazing stuff!
Some fantastic sounds on Watching the Watchtowers.
Great rhythm in Shock Treatment.
Overall I prefer the quieter / more gentle pieces that you have posted but variation is good 👍
Thank you @GeoTony .
I also do prefer the music I make now. That was 20 years ago, and basically my only attempt at electronic music.
I decided to re-remaster it because it turns out I didn't like what I did anymore.
And it's getting published on most platforms in 48-24.
