Funky Jam with Riffler, Nembrini, plus...

This is a live jam in AUM on my iPad featuring my Fender Strat played through some Nembrini apps, drums from Gospel Musicians Splat-to-Clat, 2 instances of @jon_bell Riffler, one also controlling a slap bass sound in Bismark bs16i and a brass section loop, from another instance of Bismark bs16i, recorded in Atom 2 piano roll.

Nice.. can only imagine the Cubasis Mixdown of that session (MultiTrack). Edit.. the fun has just begun..

Try adding a Mozaic script (or other MIDI AU) to the Riffler riffs as they output “hot” midi at pretty much one velocity

At least that’s what I do to tame the tone

I just picked up Riffler yesterday + now I see this + it confirms my purchase.. I was thinking I’d use it to jam with my drums but I really like where you took this.. so now I’ll be jamming along with my guitar as well.. what a great app.. don’t know why I waited this long to get it.. 🤷‍♂️

@audiblevideo Thanks for the tip on taming Riffler’s midi output.. I’ll be checking that out..

If you tap on the drum icon you can manually set the MIDI velocity for normal notes ("MIDI VEL"), muted notes ("MUTE VEL") and powerchords ("VOICE 2"). I'm going to update the humanize control in future so that it adds a bit of variation to the output velocity at higher settings.
