Somewhat lucid morning meditation
I’m starting the habit of beginning my day IMMEDIATELY (after peeing) with music. Giving myself a half hour to produce something I can call finished, even if it’s a 20 second-chorus snippet, as long as it’s all done. I have to get my discipline back. I’d gotten to the point where I never really finished anything cause I’d just slug around and experiment etc. you know how it is. Gotta get the factory cranking again.
Don’t worry I definitely won’t start posting these every day. But first day felt good, so good morning to ya. Just a simple little Fundamental 2 with a touch of FAC Phazer and a little bit too much Pro-R. It’s good enough though, I don’t share crap.

Listening to that was a great way to start the morning after too many weird dreams in a row. I think you really should post these daily. If you're worried about flooding the Creations section, there's always the option to continue posting these here in this thread daily as sort of a journal.
That said, I need to do this practice of producing something for 30 minutes each morning.
Probably could even crap out something on your iPhone while crapping, lol. (Well, okay, I don't recommend that, because sitting on the loo for too long will screw up your back, lol.)

I liked it. I think posting continuously in this thread (as @McD does) would be good if you see it as a stream of work in the same vein. I’m hearing some distortion in the right channel… intentional? Glad to hear you posting. Happy Thanksgiving, my friend.
Back at ya. Time was running low and its mostly just for me to sharpen my skills, so I had to throw it in Grand Finale and just choose a preset, get the input level right and go. Looking back at the preset now it added wayyy too much saturation. The Fundamental can get a nice warm gentle saturation going, which I really like about it, but the klevgrand added a too-aggressive sheen to it. Was the first time I used it and wasn’t expecting anything so drastic. Lesson learned for next time! And that’s kinda the point so day one success.
I love criticism. I NEED to know if it’s just plain bad (I want someone to tell me if my fly’s open right before a job interview, ya know? Not just feel awkward and turn their head), and am always interested to hear what each person feels it’s lacking, big or small. I can defend myself if need be
After all, it’s only the internet.
Anyway, thanks for giving it a shot and or commenting. As for continuing..meh, undecided. Maybe just for the perceived “pressure” til i get into the swing of things, but I’ll see tomorrow.
