Trouble installing "Cinematic Brass" in Korg Module on my 12.9" M1 iPad Pro
I updated Module on both my iPhone and iPad Pro. I purchased Cinematic Brass through my iPhone SE 2, and it downloaded and installed just fine. I restored purchases in Module on my iPad Pro, and...
...I've restarted my iPad and tried again and again, and each time it's the same shit. I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

I've had issues with downloading Module packs once in the past, and the only solution was to delete the app and reinstall. And similarly, the problem only happened on my iPad, not my iPhone.
But I've never seen this error specifically. The problems I had were: the download would stop at around 70% and the "Downloading..." popup would disappear, or the download would appear to finish but the new presets wouldn't be there.
Exactly. I found the Korg customer support email, but I doubt I'll get a response before the weekend. Hopefully they can fix this issue, because it's pretty dumb to be honest. I've never had this issue before.
Where is “Cinematic Brass?” In Module? Is it new? The only Iconic Suite I see is Violin.
Yes Cinematic Brass is new, but you cannot see it until Module is updated first. Only was $6.99 for me. 😃
I have the same issue. On an iPhone 7 was able to install the First attempt but not on the IPad 12.9 just to test. I uninstalled from iPhone 7 then tried to reinstall. Getting the same results.
Downloading -320000 %.
It appears this morning with another attempt to install. It worked. Got them installed on my iPhone 7 and IPad Pro 12.9. Thank You !!!!
It worked on my M1 iPad Pro 12.9" at last! 😃 Cheers and thanks for letting us know. Now I'm an even happier person.
