Very possible (or should be, most interfaces can do it). The best way to do it is to use a ReAmp box, obviously. Without a ReAmp box you’ll need to turn down the output volume 10-20db, otherwise you’ll overdrive the device that you’re running the signal into. With a little trial and error you should be able to get it sounding OK.
