  • I like this. But I think you haven’t found the right interpretation of the voice. I would take it lower and more natural. Then I think it would be very interesting.

  • Love the beats and the vocal melody but agree with @LinearLineman that the vocals would sound better lower and more natural sounding - possibly even lower than natural, like Barry White.

If the goal is to keep this purely as an instrumental, I agree with both @LinearLineman and @AlterEgo_UK that more natural sounding vocals would probably benefit the track more,
On the other hand, if you're planning to use this beat to have a vocalist lay a killer hip-hop flow on top, than the current form is ok (I would probably go even crazier on effects).
Today is a great day: it is the first time that someone sampled a piece of work I was involved in ! Since it is probably the last time too, thank you for this !

I agree. It is a great compliment to have someone sample your work in order to create something entirely new.

  • I totally agree with @LinearLineman , on the vocals.
    Lovely beat, and beautiful melodies!!!

i will do another version with the vocal pitch down but glad you like the rest of it,

the only reason i pitched up the vocal which i also pitched up the piano is because im a fan of the late 90s and early 2000s HipHop where some producer pitched up the samples, which give the sample a good vibe, a vibe that i really enjoyed from that era and nostalgic to me, in which if a HipHop flow of a rapper will sound great on it in my opinion just like JanKun mention on his comment
