FL Studio Mobile ‘Repeat’ Missing! Where’d it go?

In the drum module of FL studio there used to be a repeat option in the expanded options tab. In the newest update that’s now missing:

Anyone know where it went?

Comments

  • I brought it up in the beta testing forum just now. I can't believe I missed that, but then again I usually use the Notes track rather than Step Sequencer. Perhaps this can be fixed in a 4.2.5 release.

It’s still there for me if I scroll down. I’ve never used it, though. Is it like an mpc repeat button, as in Cubasis’ Classic machines?
Edit: I read the manual - obvious, really!

    That’d be great! Thank you!!!!

What version of FL Studio Mobile are you on?

Of course mate. :) Gotta make sure my favourite beatmaking app on iPhone is still the best. ;)

Version 4.2.4 from the App Store. It never went away for me. This is my iPad but it’s also on my tiny SE. Both on 16.2.

Okay, I double checked, and yes it's on my iPhone SE 2 too. Oof, I can be so blind sometimes, lol.

  • @jwmmakerofmusic it’s OK. Just keep pumping out awesome tunes! 😎👍🏼

Lol this is so weird. Maybe I need to reinstall it. Glad it isn’t gone for y’all.

Edit: Restarted the app, same issue on the same drum track. Made a new drum track, and repeat is there. Awkward. Seems solved though. Thanks all

Thanks mate. Sure will, both in FLSM and NS2, depending on which device I'm using at the moment inspiration hits.

  • @jwmmakerofmusic @anickt I can reproduce the issue, maybe u will be able to as well.

If I record a drum track and it drops it down to the next lane, any lane except the main lane seems to not show the repeat option but shows the other 3 as I showed above.

Not sure what you mean by “If I record a drum track and it drops it down to the next lane”

I think you’ve found something. Repeat appears on Step Seq tracks but not on Notes tracks. It looks like it may be by design (for some reason) or it may be a bug. You can report it on the forum as will I. I’d expect they’d fix it right away.
