The End Of The Innocence, Don Henley 1989
"The End of the Innocence" is the lead single and title track from Don Henley's third solo studio album of the same name, released in 1989.
Henley co-wrote and co-produced the song with Bruce Hornsby, who also performed piano.
This song is dedicated to the truth.
For 2023, my wish is that all peoples be granted the wisdom and the understanding to hear, see and discern the truth.
May Peace, Hope and Understanding prevail in the hearts of all peoples!!!
Love is the Greatest!!!

While you sang and played I examined your studio. You have 19 string instruments inc the one youkre playing. Plus a clarinet, a conga and your voice. What am I missing? Oh! The a red image of a guitar neck on a wall.
Very good iteration, Rene. Peaceful, too.
Not heard that one before. A lovely, captivating performance.
I wish you and yours all the very best for 2023 and lots more music!
Hi @AlterEgo_UK ,
You are so awesome, and so appreciated, my friend!
Keep on making great videos and excellent music.
HNY 2023!!!

Hi Mike,
I am sure you are missing a bunch, as I myself gets lost in my own collection.
The two red guitar parts are my neon Budweiser guitar and the red guitar head as my CD tower.
My favorite piece is the neon "Rene's Music Studio" gifted to me by Clarissa.
Oh, by the way, did you see Louise Armstrong big head, motorized and playing sax?
Thank you so much, @LinearLineman !!!
Respectfully,
Rene
I enjoyed this.
It made me look up 'the way it is' by Bruce Hornsby. Had not heard it since the 80s and it's aged like a fine wine.
Double thanks Rene!

Hi @rollin ,
You are so awesome, and I really appreciate your response.
Yeah, Bruce Hornsby is another great artist, and love his works as well.
I will have to check our "The Way It is" as I have not heard this song for a very long time.
Thank you again.
Rene
