    Most people have more work to do than time to do it in. I think a lot of developers find that the customers that take the time to communicate with them directly are a more meaningful representation of their user base than posting on assorted fora -- which is why only a handful of commercial developers visit here on a regular basis.

    100% agree - I do plan to reach out to them directly. I appreciate the devs that do visit this forum, and I get it. I'm going to be doing videos on several of my favorite apps and posting them, and when I get to the SampleTank app, that will be the time I contact them. I think it's got some really cool features and can do a lot of stuff that a lot of people don't realize - there's not a lot of vids on it out there.
