OK, let’s just leave it there then. I got an email to say it’s under review, so hopefully Apple does the right thing.
And now back to your scheduled programming…
Good. I realized after that OG post, I should have done that. Not to take this thread off track… back to new apps and such, at least from me. Cheers all!
Oh. One last thing to report any issues with an app, including these discussed here if you would like to, go to the bottom of the apps App Store page and you will see this information. Click on report an issue. Respond.
Disclaimer - lol, this conversation has me disclaiming everything lol. AUM is only an example to show where the app information is located. By habit I use AUM as a quick way to get to the music paid and free list in the App Store, ever since they buried the top lists for music. I search AUM only 3 letters and it’s always on the top 200 paid list.
Agreed.
Wow and wow! How on earth does that get past Apple's checks and into the store? Beyond it's hatefulness, it is completely bizarre. Humans!
For the record, I really appreciate all that you do for this forum, and by extension this community. Cheers!
@mjm1138 thanks, that means a lot. Cheers, indeed.

Trinity | Audio Mastering
By the awesome @SevenSystems
This app is targeted at digital music production enthusiasts & professionals. It is NOT an automatic tool for "remastering" old recordings.
Trinity is an effective integrated mastering solution that contains a set of precisely matched and fine-tuned creative tools for achieving the desired sound and loudness.
Focused on a reference-based mastering workflow, Trinity lets you work with an optional reference track whose sound you want to achieve, using a flexible spectrum analyzer to aid in comparing and matching.
All controls and sliders are fine-tuned for ease of use, appropriate sensitivity and defaults, making adjustments easy and efficient. Everything is available on a single screen without any distracting menu-diving.
44.1, 48 and 96 kHz sample rates are supported, as well as virtually all audio file types for import.

Sender app required for the desktop to connect to a mobile isn't officially available yet - the devs are sorting out their payment provider prior to launch. The system has VST / AU plugins that run in a desktop DAW and sends audio across the network to the app on the mobile device - like Sonobus. At the moment there's no AU plugin for the mobile device so the desktop audio can't be sent into a DAW on an iPad.

Linear Player

Sounds good but it’s basically a preset player it seems. For only $.99 it’s not bad, especially if they add AU like the description says. It’d be a super quick way to get some of those late 80s sounds.

The sender app for desktop has now been officially released https://soundondigital.com/products/mix-to-mobile/
It's priced at $39.00 which seems a little high given that it is a only available as desktop plugin (though the devs are working on a standalone app version) and doesn't have an iOS plugin (though the devs may look to implement this in the future) so can't send audio into a DAW on an iPad / iPhone. Sonobus is more versatile and is still currently free, though I've not done any detailed comparisons of latency. There is a 30 day trial available if you want to see if it works for you.
