Ferrite: Where is the file structure?

I imported a video into Ferrite from the native Photos app which created an audio file for my new project. I cannot find that project file, nor the new audio track, nor any directories associated with Ferrite. There is no Ferrite directory in the Files app.

Any ideas?

It's probably an old-school iOS style app from back in the days before the files app when there was only private internal storage available to apps. Back then, the only way to access app files was with a computer and iTunes. If you hook it up to a Mac, or a Windows PC with iTunes you may be able to access the file. Or, Ferrite may have an export function.

  • My only non-iDevice is a work laptop that is heavily regulated so no old-school iTunes use. Ferrite seems to be very popular and continually updated. It has an export function, but I’m surprised there’s no file access, otherwise.

  • I think AudioStretch/AudioShare combo might be more effective for your use case
