Classic Rock Organ Jam

I was playing around with Riffler and Rock Drummer and found a nice chord progression in Hammond B-3X, which I recorded in Atom 2. I then added Galileo 2 Organ, connected my Arturia Keystep 37 and jammed away. Hope you like it (dodgy notes and all!)

  • Hi @AlterEgo_UK ,
    Love this recording.
    Very melodic and quite invigorating.
The beat is so alive and the organ music is also nice to the ear!
    Lovely creation!!!
    Thanks for sharing!

  • I can’t get enough electric organ. Jimmy McGriff is probably my favorite organist.

  • Thank you for listening and commenting @ReneAsologuitar and @Wrlds2ndBstGeoshredr
My favourite organists would include Keith Emerson (The Nice and ELP), Jon Lord (Deep Purple) and Ken Hensley (Uriah Heep).

  • Hope you had your gold cape on while you played this and stuck a few knives into the keyboard at the end 👍

I love that big Hammond sound. This sounds like a live recording in a club. I am fortunate to have seen all of those guys live when I was younger. Great track, my friend!

  • Thanks @Paulieworld , I was also lucky enough to see them all live too. Those were the days!
No daggers @GeoTony , as I am not allowed sharp objects, but I might be partial to a golden cape! 😉
