First, we would like to apologize for the updates of the new Pure Synth®. We did our due diligence with the beta testing before release, but discovered that our new preset system is overloading AUv3. We built a new preset system that would allow dynamic updates to expansion packs and easier file management. This feature would have allowed us to release very fast expansions with very easy updates, however that came with a price when loading multiple instances.

We are backtracking our versions to use the most recent stable version before the newest one, so please be on the lookout for this as it was just approved.

We are also going to open up our beta testing program to include more people. The problem with "real" beta testing is that it is a very boring and arduous process, because you have to test every feature in depth and we find that it's hard to find people who are very particular and who will not get bored with this type of work. If you are interested, then please send me a PM and we will add you to the list. It will come with perks and "possible" financial benefits.

We will take great measures to make sure that this type of stuff doesn't happen again. As great as iOS is, there are many downfalls that we hope will be fixed in the future--One of them being--No ability to revert back to previous versions.

Hope you guys accept our deepest apologies and know that we have quite a lot of new and exciting stuff going on in the future.

    Thank you so much @GospelMusicians for being on the case. :) The sign of a truly great team of developers. Looking forward to the next IAP pack for Pure Synth Platinum 2. So many great sounds in the app! I would say it compliments Module and Beathawk well, but ngl, I use PSP2 moreso than the other romplers. And of course when I'm not using the packs I got from Tsunami Audio last month, Splat-to-Clat is my go-to drum module.

    I knew you guys would fix it. I think it’s unfair how people left negative reviews on the app store. I hope they go back and correct them. I love PSP I use it on everything!!

    Hi, @GospelMusicians, thanks for the update.

    And is there an easy way to find the Pure Synth Platinum 2 BETA download for macOS on your site? I downloaded it once and now I have no idea how to get back to that page so I can occasionally check for updates.
