Just bought Zeeon and it keeps crashing -_-
All these positive reviews of it, but I tried to access the shop in standalone mode and it crashes. Plus, not only am I stuck with the patches it comes with, if used as an AU in GarageBand, I have to hit full screen in order to have access to it. And, I can't select certain presets, as it acts like I'm not pressing anything

Maybe give some more info? What version of iOS are you on? Did you try restarting your device first?
iPhone 13 Pro Max. I restarted first and it didn't fix it. I updated to IOS 16.3.1 and it also didn't fix it.

Strange. Zeeon has been stable on my iPad since launch when I got it, and Beepstreet is a very reputable developer.

Sounds like an iPhone screen size issue.
The bit about selecting thing that don’t register, and having to full screen to get it to kinda work.
Also, iPad folks don’t seem to encounter the same issues.
Try contacting the developer on the Beepstreet forum.
And if there's no solution, get your money back @Fear2Stop.
I can confirm that opening the shop crashes Zeeon standalone on my iPhone 13, it doesn't on my iPad. Selecting other banks and presets works just fine for me in Garageband however.

Yes, it should work on any 64-bit iPad or iPhone according to Beepstreet. Never had an issue with it, this sounds very strange.

I thought if it wasn't compatible on an iPhone it wouldn't show up in the app store.
For my money, I’d just be delighted if BeepStreet would fix the UI ‘drift’ Zeeon has suffered from on macOS for a looooong time now.
It works just fine on the iPhone like most universal apps.
Yep, I use it all the time both standalone and AU, but hadn't opened the shop in a really long time, so this should be reported
It literally randomly started working
I had already done a "report a problem" (didn't request refund) and filled out a form on the developer website prior to posting...maybe it got fixed remotely? Not real sure
As far as the presets go, figured it out...if I double click it, it works. If I try to single click, it just clicks the stuff in the background. It's only on the bottom ones that there's an issue.
I think it's only a problem on the phone my iPad does not have the issue.

It's doing it again to me too....but it works IF I also have it open as an AU at the same time.
I notice that there's an update to Zeeon 1.61, posted just an hour ago. That might help.
I deleted it and reinstalled it...same thing. I have to have it open as an AU first and then open standalone
I...don't think I'll be making IAPs, which sucks as I was really looking forward to the BB space pack!
Havent tried to do any of the presets from here yet...that's the next step to see if I can at least get those

Right now when I first try to load it, it just goes to a black screen and hangs up like it's going to crash, but if I tap anywhere it loads
No worries.
Until the dev has a look there's not much you can do from your side now.

Also the update was to fix importing preset banks not the IAP Shop issue.

Haha! I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max too and installed Zeeon when @Fear2Stop first asked about Zeeon, restored IAPs, imported AB and several other banks. No problems, working great! Never had a single problem with Zeeon in fact. Just installed the new update from today to “fix” problems with importing banks and NOW mine blows up when going into the Store.

Incidentally, for the developer of Zeeon, I created this brief video to demonstrate how the UI on macOS has unintentionally been 'shifted' so that none of the buttons or knobs work properly. The hot spots for knobs are all off.
