Controllable scale/key processor?
In Atom, you can set the scale and key to some values, which highlight the note lanes which properly are included in the selected scale. Having entered some notes, you can then open the batch processing menu, select the pitch submenu, and now when you change the scale or key, the notes you’ve entered will shift while retaining their proper harmonic relationships, rather than simply transposing some number of half steps up or down.
Unfortunately, this function cannot be controlled externally. You can, for example, alter the global transpose with a midi note or CC value, but I don’t see that you can shift the scale/key in real time using a similar method.
Is there any app which would do such a thing? Helium, the most similar other sequencer, doesn’t do it. I think MidiDreams does to some degree, but it’s not as sophisticated a composition environment. And I’m not aware of a processor which can accomplish it. Bram’s Scaler app, for example, provides midi control over input and output transposition, but not the scale/key selectors.
I feel certain that I’m missing something obvious here. Any suggestions?

Just FYI, I’ve done due diligence and found several relevant threads here, and am looking at the options they suggest. I think I’m still looking for something, though?
You can do a lot of that kind of stuff with Drambo.
Here’s one example:

I’ve found that Mozaic has scripts that do what I have in mind.
In ScaleBud 2 you can control Scale and Key and Octave transposition via AUv3 parameters.
