AUM transport stop/pause expected behavior

MIDI files played by Helium or MIDI Tape Recorder leave stuck notes if you press Pause in the AUM Transport.

I've tested and played the same MIDI file loaded in Xequence, Helium (AU), and MIDI Tape Recorder (AU). Pressing Pause on the AUM transport reacts differently.

Xequence stops the note.
Helium hangs the note.
MIDI Tape Recorder hangs the note.

Xequence sends an All Notes Off.
Helium and MIDI Tape Recorder do not.
