Mantis: Vintage BBD Echo/Delay from the 70s! Waiting for Apple’s approval

Still waiting for their version of the Roland Space Echo for iOS... on desktop it's great.
Apparently the developer that a second iteration is in development. That being the case, it wouldn't make sense to release a V1 version, then have to update within a very short space of time. It could end up being the last one that turns up.
It must be something really spectacular because the v1 already has features found nowhere else.
Indeed!
Oh nice! Excited for this one. I love what AudioThing does.
I hope rotafaze sounds like a Leslie speaker effect!
Oh snap, bring it on!
Give me! Now! Take my money! Insert more "excited-person" cliches! 🤣
Jokes aside, this will also be an instabuy.
😆
Having demo'd Mantis on desktop: another AudioThing must-have.
😉 Yep, I'm probably returning to Ambient. I enjoyed today's little experiment to help AndoWrites out in her thread about Generative Ambient, and I think I'm ready to return after about 5-6 months of not producing any Ambient.
Edit: With the exception of the Ambient soundscape I produced as background fodder for my "Lounging in Another World" EP.
Edit 2: Corrected AndoWrites' pronoun.
Ando is a woman btw. I know they're a rare breed here, just giving you a heads up 😂
Watching the vid, it also has a sync option hidden under the vintage/modern switch. Based on the Carlsbro Mantis build in the early 70s. (Like me )
AudioThing has really rekindled my love of dub
