I think it all depends on each specific user case...
...for me personally there's been ZERO issues so far with the apps I use on a daily basis, Drambo, Gadget, BM3, Cubasis, Koala, SunVox , AUM etc.
With that said I'm not 'every single user' so I can only speak for myself
Every single app I use is broken now.
Oh wait, I mean everything is fine.
iOS update seems OK. Not so with macOS.

No issues with music apps to report, and FWIW HomeKit seems to be behaving itself better! MacOS is fine for me too, at least with Logic Pro and Arturia plugins.
Automatic system update is now on by default after installing 16.4. Can be turned off in Settings.

It seems not everyone is experiencing the same bugs or in some cases, any bugs. So I suppose caution remains the safest option.

Ipad Pro 12.9 2nd generation.....iOS 16.4 update....correctly...if you want and need to know something else...comment me and I'll help you...it's a good time to have the maximum security as possible...before taking that important step
