Lesser Known iOS Apps #1: Hexaglyphics (Video Demo - See Pinned Comment)

I don’t know about you, but I’m getting increasingly pissed off with how the iOS music scene is developing. Very few new apps make much, if any, use of the touch screen. Recently I find myself going back to older apps that actually do use the touch screen to full advantage. Hexaglyphics is one such app, and although it’s not AUv3, it is IAA.
Updates are unlikely, the dev's email doesn't even work, so it may disappear at some point. It is cheap though, and I don't think there's anything else quite like it out there. Grab it while you can!

  • Wow - the quotes on the app store saying how great it is are from palmsounds and iosmars.

    That's going back a bit...

  • Yes lol, this app is proper old school!

Wow haven’t seen those names in a looong while. It is a great app though.

  • I’m conflicted because I genuinely love a lot of the new apps coming out but I do wish more devs would play to the iPads strengths more often. I like having the choice of “standard” plugins too, but we definitely need more things like Fluss coming out.

Borderlands and Samplr are still my 2 favorite apps for this reason.
