Dumb Animoog Z question

I haven’t bought Animoog Z’s full version yet ( I’m waiting til I see if it’s going to possibly go on sale next month as the other Moogs always do in May) and I was wondering….can I buy the IAP sound packs or do I have to wait until I buy the full $29 version?

    I doubt you can, but I don’t know for certain and I doubt anyone else here does either. Interesting question though.

    Thanks..I’m watching Doug’s Monster Moog video and it sounds great . I might go ahead and buy the full thing when I get paid next week; I’m 99.9% certain Model D and Model 15 are going on sale next month based on past history but there is none for IAPs so no telling about Animoog Z.

    I think you can buy and use soundpacks without unlocking the synth engine. What you cannot do is edit the wavetables and maybe some other deeper features, but if you buy the soundpacks you can play the included presets. If you're sure sure you want them, give it a try, you probably can't buy them, if you're not able to use them afterwards, apart from that in the worst case... wasn't there a post recently, that you can get refunds for IAPs now...

    It did go to 9.99 in May last year, It’s likely they will do it again this year imo.
