Automatic patch syncing between iPhone and ipad

Hi,

I just got an iPhone to make Animoog Z, synthscaper, and Nambu patches on the go so I can transfer them to my iPad when back on the studio. Is there any way to automatically sync the newly created patches on the iPhone to the iPad which is sitting back at home on wifi?

I used that iPad's backup to restore onto my new phone, so all the patches are in place at the moment. But when I make something new on my phone, how can I sync it?
