Recording Sum from AUM in AudioShare
Hello everybody
I want an easy way to record my instruments that I start and sync in AUM in AudioShare. I thought that in AudioShare the sum of AUM is selectable, much like the synths I can select and record in AudioShare. Is such a recording option available in AudioShare? Thank you very much for your ideas and attention.
Best regards
Arne

AFAIK you need to set up a master channel and send the other channels to it.
Not sure I understand your question. You can record separately each channel in AUM (by selecting their "R" button) and they are automatically available in AudioShare as distinct stems
Thank you very much, i’ll try it.
As ElectroHead said you need to create a new “master” channel. Set a mix bus as it’s input and send all other channel’s outputs to that mix bus. Then you just need to press record on the master channel and the mix will be saved as a stereo file in audioshare.
cuscolimas proposal led nowhere for me. A master track is probably what I'm looking for. many thanks, i will try it
Much easier to see it in action - that and a lot of other essential aspects of how to use aum are covered in this video I made, which also has detailed timestamps to help you find your way around, hope it will be useful!
