uses for the Launchpad S?
i bought a launchpad S earlier this year when i had access to ableton live. long story short i can't use ableton anymore and i was looking for a way to use it with my ipad. novation's launchpad app isn't too bad at this stage as it supports user samples and audiocopy, but it doesn't support being in the output slot of audiobus or midi sync, so it can't play well with other apps that i use. it seems that no other OS apps can take advantage of it, they only interpret the grid as a midi keyboard with little potential for remapping. it also doesn't have a nice lighting scheme in other apps.
i was curious how other launchpad owners on this board use their launchpad on their ipad? if you use the novation app, how do you integrate it into your audiobus setup? i'd want to be able to use it with samplr and beatmaker2. i tried electrify nxt but couldn't figure out how to map the midi in it. the stroke machine update just came out with midi learn so hopefully there's something there.
edit: it seems that you cannot change patterns with midi in stroke machine, so the usefulness is still limited for me
