    Actually ended up with Bleass first (and their Flanger) and man I’ve been missing out. Both are fantastic.

    As fate would have it, there is to be two analog modeled phaser releases within weeks of each other for the iOS platform.
    One of them is already out, and has a preset named "Equinoxe", which we take as a reference to a very specific, iconic phaser sound. Coincidentally, that sound is the key feature of our upcoming phaser plugin, and it features a faithful, precise recreation of the effect. Today we share a small audio sample, so if you're hunting for that exact sound, and in the process of deciding which phaser to get, it may be worth to wait just a little longer (aiming for a September release).

    That sounds very good. The MF phaser with the equinox preset doesn’t do a very convincing emulation of a small stone (not that it’s designed to) - it doesn’t have that sizzling sound at the top of the sweep. The FAC one is the nicest I think so far.

    I don't know how Fred (FAC) does it, but there's something special about every one of his apps.

    Fred’s sound is 180 degrees, the total opposite, of Eventide apps’ sound. FAC is beautifully warm and rounded, they sound like summer. Although Medusa does sound a bit Eventidish… 😂
    I once described Eventide’s sound as Versace. FAC would be …(someone with a minimum knowledge of fashion fill the blank)….
