Honestly this was such a thrill, manipulating things live once again instead of trying to make a semi-generative/fully generative piece. You'll find no LFO AUv3s were used to drive this piece.
See? All performed "by hand", lol.
This time, I recorded random stuff in AUM, popped the random recordings into a project folder, and used Gauss' new import audio feature. Then I mastered it in Cubasis 3 to -14LuFS. The result is something quite otherworldly yet familiar. Dark, but melodic. Balancing the wild with the tame.
(I don't know, I'm just making up twaddle at this point to try and sound poetic, lol. 😆 )
