ADverb2 - Contour & Rolloff
I just got ADverb2 by Audio Damage and I was wondering what exactly the difference is between the Contour and Rolloff. I can clearly hear high frequencies being attenuated when I use the right side of the Contour controls. However, the Rolloff control seem much more subtle, and I can’t really make out its effect on the sound.

So, both are filters.
RT contour changes the filter over the reverb time period, like an envelope or manually moving a knob. You can control the amount of low at the start of the reverb and how much the high rolls off at the end of the reverb.
Roll off is just a static low pass filter you apply to reverb that gives the overall reverb a darker to. brighter character. It doesn’t change over time.
