Buttersynth - how to batch import user presets? (SOLVED)
I have a folder of ButterSynth presets that I would like to batch import. I have tried the following and none worked:
Using the ‘Open Files app’ function in the app itself - this will only allow me to import them one by one. I can select all but then there seems to be no way to import them all
Dropping all the presets into the ButterSynth user presets folder in files - either as a folder or just as individual presets. Also drones’ t work. Can anyone advise?
Thnx!
EDIT: I dragged the zip file in, User/presets/synth/***, unzipped it there and yes, a new folder appeared called Export 2. I then renamed that to the name of my choice, and yes, it worked - thanks!

It should work putting the folder in User/presets/synth/***

Im having a similar problem to @Gavinski. I downloaded the Unsalted collection I found on this forum, moved it into the User/Presets/synth folder but it doesn’t show up. My presets were under a directory called _Exported. I just moved them up a level in the files app. I went back into ButterSynth and it did not update; I tried killing apeMatrix and opening it again, I also tried removing ButterSynth from the session and adding it back. The weirdest part is the User/presets/synth folder is also missing 4 presets I’ve created since end of October. Anyone else seeing this behavior?
EDIT: Looks like the last update was in sept but I bought it on Oct 28, so not likely a recent update regression.
@tja I did not, no, but I will try that. I had a similar problem with Bleass Fusion, but opening it standalone worked. I still need to try it with BS. Thanks for the tip!
