App to turn audio click into bpm?

I want to finally try and dial in general bpm notches on my 0ctrl. Are there any apps that can easily spit out tempo from a click track?

    I know you're looking for a self-contained app but ...

Click track > FAC Envolver > AUM Automation > Tap Tempo
    or
Click track > Drambo Transient Detector > Midi output > AUM Automation > Tap Tempo

Doesn't have to be a click track either with certain sources and the right pre EQ and transient level settings.

When you say “spit out tempo” what do you mean? Is there a reason you don’t want to send midi clock?

What goes between the transient detector and midi out in Drambo?

I want to be able to know what the speed knob on the 0ctrl is spitting out at various positions.

It's not even remotely reliable. Haha. I have it running now and AUM thinks the tempo is in the 400s. Haha.
