Aurora DSP malware
I've had a support battle with AuroraDSP for over 12 months. Late last year Marek said he would refund all of my purchased products. Since then I have emailed regularly and either been ignored or told that they will do the refund. Now when I try to access their website I get a dead link and a malware warning. Does anyone know what is going on with these lying sacks of s.........?

What were your issues with them? Just curious. I just visited their website and everything loaded just fine.
No problems with the website here.
+1.
Good to know. Thanks.
I had problems getting the plugins to be seen by my DAW(s). AuroraDSP had a few half arsed tries at helping but were extremely painful. It took weeks of badgering just to get a reply. The last bit of help I had before asking for the refund was that the issues shouldn't be happening, which was fairly obvious. I still have ongoing problems with them loading and what little support they offer comes at the expense of repeatedly sending emails until I get lucky.
Ah gotcha. I haven’t had any issues with them but I also haven’t used them in a bit. Will have to test and see.
I should add that this is a PC issue.
The web site issue, or the DAW issue, or both?
If the web site, which Windows OS and browser?
No issue loading the https://auroradsp.com/ website here.
Are you sure your PC doesn’t have any broader issues? I know this is super frustrating so I hope you work it out.
Both, Win 10 but only Firefox that I've checked.
Not with any of the other billion plugins I have.
I'm tempted to bust out some of my white hat hacking tools and do a deep probe of that site. But I'll be a good boy.
My guess is you're getting a false positive from whatever malware software you're running. But who knows.
Not being able to reach the site when others can is a red flag concerning your own PC's health though. It might be a good idea to be sure your malware software definition files are up to date, then run some full scans, and also to try another browser.
Its not the big issue. I was just worried they had closed shop and I was left without any chance I their version of "support".
